As always our content aims to help you reach 'God like beard' levels of perfection, and today really is no different, as we give you a snazzy little guide on how to boost your beard growing game.
EXERCISE AS MUCH AS YOU CAN!
Did you know that choosing to exercise can actually boost your beard growing rate, but how? I hear you all ask. We all know regularly exercising can lower your stress levels whilst of course being good for your overall health, but working out actually increases our body's testosterone levels, which in turn triggers your facial hair to grow a touch faster. Also, the healthier you are overall, the stronger your hair growth will become. Not too shabby, and another great reason to not drop out of the gym, aye?
SOURCE BEARD BOOSTING FOODS IN YOUR DIET!
So, there's a little-known ingredient that can be sourced in a wide variety of foods that can help your beard growth, and that little-known ingredient is called biotin. Biotin is vitamin B-7, is an essential nutrient that helps convert food into body fuel, and has been proven to boost hair growth, and nails too. You can naturally source this from liver and most red meats, eggs, yeast, salmon, nuts and seeds, avocados and most dairy products to name just a few. If chowing down on high amounts of grub isn't you dig, you can also source biotin supplements that can be found online and over the counter at most health stores. I've tried and tested this product int he past and can confirm positive results from doing so. I went onto recommend this tip to fellow bearded friends who also reported great results on their beard growing journey, so why not give it a try?
TAKE CARE OF YOUR FACIAL HAIR FROM THE VERY BEGINNING!
One of the biggest tips I can offer you today, again growing from experience myself, is to take care of your facial hair from the very beginning, and we're talking the very start here. It is never too soon to practice a good grooming routine, and taking the time aside to follow a good practice will only benefit your beards health and wellbeing over time. Use a drop of oil or balm each day, this will soften your beard hairs and care for your skin, giving optimal results to grow from. And when your beard reaches a reasonable length a beard brush, and/or comb will soon become your pocket companion, so please take note!
BE PATIENT! AND IT SHALL GROW!
And last, of all, you must remain focused and patient when growing a beard. If you expect too much too soon you will only fall disappointed. Whereas if you sit tight and wait for the results which will soon speak for themselves. It's like the old saying goes 'Rome Wasn't Build In A Day!'
